Once the Buddha was walking from one town to another town with a few of his followers. This was in the initial days. While they were traveling, they happened to pass a lake. They stopped there and the Buddha told one of his disciples, "I am thirsty. Do get me some water from that lake there."

The disciple walked up to the lake. When he reached it, he noticed that right at that moment, a bullock cart started crossing through the lake. As a result, the water became very muddy, very turbid. The disciple thought, "How can I give this muddy water to the Buddha to drink!"

So he came back and told the Buddha, "The water in there is very muddy. I don't think it is fit to drink." After about half an hour, again the Buddha asked the same disciple to go back to the lake and get him some water to drink. The disciple obediently went back to the lake.

This time too he found that the lake was muddy. He returned and told the Buddha the same thing. After some time, the Buddha once again asked the same disciple to return to the lake. The disciple reached the lake to find it absolutely clean and clear with pure water in it. The mud had settled down and the water above it looked fit to be had. So he collected some water in a pot and brought it to the Buddha.

The Buddha looked at the water, and then he looked up at the disciple and said," See what you did to make the water clean? You let it be.... and the mud settled down on its own - and you got clear water.

Your mind is also like that! When it is disturbed, just let it be. Give it a little time. It will settle down on its own. You don't have to put in any effort to calm it down. It will happen. It is effortless."

Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?''No way!', replied the 4th boyfriend, and he walked away without another word.. His answer cut like a sharp knife right into her heart.The sad girl then asked the 3rd boyfriend, 'I loved you all my life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?''No!', replied the 3rd boyfriend. 'Life is too good! When you die, I'm going to marry someone else!' Her heart sank and turned cold. She then asked the 2nd boyfriend, 'I have always turned to you for help and you've always been there for me. When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?''I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!', replied the 2nd boyfriend. 'At the very most, I can only walk with you to your grave.' His answer struck her like a bolt of lightning, and the girl was devastated.Then a voice called out: 'I'll go with you. I'll follow you no matter where you go..' The girl looked up, and there was his first boyfriend. He was very skinny as he suffered from malnutrition and neglect.Greatly grieved, the girl said, 'I should have taken much better care of you when I had the chance!' In truth, you have 4 boyfriends in your lives:Your 4th boyfriend is your body. No matter how much time and effort you lavish in making it look good, it will leave you when you die. Your 3rd boyfriend is your possessions, status and wealth.When you die, it will all go to others. Your 2nd boyfriend is your family and friends. No matter how much they have been there for you, the furthest they can stay by you is up to the grave. And your 1st boyfriend is your Soul. Some basic Do`s and Dont's of Swine Flu:-

Do's

• Make it a habit to wash your hands with antiseptic handwash ( dettol) as frequently as possible, especially after arriving at your workplace from outside and again one back home
• Virus particles can survive for hours on surfaces such as door handles, so it's important to wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
• Avoid going to public / crowded places
• Drink plenty of water and eat nutritious home cooked food.
• Please make sure you cover your mouth with a N95 mask only

If you are sick, PLEASE

• Stay home and limit contact with others as much as possible
• Seek medical advice as soon as you find yourself / family member feeling slightest of symptoms of H1N1
• Avoid intake of non vegetarian food

DO NOTs

• Spit in public
• Shake hands with people
• Take medicines without consulting a physician
• Eat / drink or let your family member do so from any outlets outside

The symptoms of the H1N1 flu are similar to normal flu and include

• Fever, coughing, sore throat, headache,
• Aching limbs, chills and fatigue.
• Some patients infected with the H1N1 flu have also reported
• Loss of appetite, diarrhea and vomiting.
• In very young children, the warning signs include, fast or troubled breathing, a bluish skin tone, failure to interact with others, and being highly irritable.
• Only laboratory testing can tell for certain. We recommend employees to proactively contact or call medical staff or doctors on duty in case of any such symptoms

Real love Story.read it...

__,_._,___ Very Shocking...... This is a real story of a young college girl who passed away last month in Chandigarh . Her name was Priya. She was hit by a truck. She was working in a call center. She had a boy friend named Shankar. Both of them were true lovers. They always talked on the phone. You used to be never found without her without handphone. In fact she also changed her cell connection from Airtel to Hutch, so that both of them can be on the same network, and save on the cost. She used to spend half of the day talking with shankar. Priya's family knew about their relationship. Shankar was very close to Priya's family as well. (Just imagine their love) . Before she passed away she always told her friends "If I pass away please burn me with my handphone" she also said the same thing to her parents. After her death, people cudnt carry her body, A lot of them tried to do so but still cant everybody had tried to carry the body, the results were the same. Eventually, they called a person known to one of their neighbours, who can speak with the soul of dead person and who was a friend of her father. He took a stick and started speaking to himself slowly. After a few minutes, he said "this girl misses something here." Then her friends told that person about her intentions to burn her with her phone. He then opened the grave box and place her phone and sim card inside the casket. After that they tried to carry the body. It was then moved easily and they then carried her into the van. All of us were shocked. Priya's parents did not inform Shankar that Priya had passed away. After 2 weeks Shankar called Priya's mom..... Shankar :...."Aunty, I'm coming home today. Cook something nice for me. Don't tell Priya that I'm coming home today, I wanna surprise her." Her mother replied..... "You come home first, I wanna tell you something very important." After he came, they told him the truth about Priya. Shankar thinks that they were playing a fool. He was laughing and said "don't try to fool me - tell Priya to come out, i have a gift for her. Please stop this nonsense". Then they show him the original death certificate to him. They gave him proof to make him believe. (Shankar started to sweat) He said... "Its not true. We spoke yesterday. She still calls me. Shankar was shaking. Suddenly, Shankar's phone rang. "see this is from Priya, see this...." he showed the phone to priya's family. all of them told him to answer. he talked using the loudspeaker mode. All of them heard his conversation. Loud and clear, no cross lines, no humming. It is the actual voice of Priya & there is no way others could use her sim card since it is nailed inside the grave box They were so shocked and asked for the same person's (who can speak with the soul of deal persons) help again. He brought his master to solve this matter. He & his master worked for 5 hours. Then they discovered one thing which really shocked them... Hutch has the best coverage. "Where ever you go, our network follows!!!" Don't shout at me I am also looking for the person who has sent me this mail....so what you can do...you should also forward this mail to all your nears and dears...and enjoy...like i enjoyed.
